New Business:
Andy Shaw was at the December meeting to help us determine the many processes within the law available to us to help the Township Board with the problem on Little Rainer Road. We will get information to Andy Shaw establishing maintenance done by Marcell Township throughout the years on this road; he will also review the letters being sent out to the people living on the road by the township. Previous board members and other witnesses will be contacted concerning information they may be able to give us on this road. Mr. Shaw will also send a letter out to Mr. Kurth with options in regards to this road. Our goal is to establish a defined right of way to show the courts that Marcell Township has maintained Little Ranier Road as a township road.
Minutes of the November, 2011 were read by Barb Shandorf. Anthony Prato made a motion to accept the minutes as read, it was seconded by Bruce Petersen, voted on and the motion carried.
